Injury registration - the incident management system within MyPlantFloor

A complete system for registering and managing (incidents and injuries) reports. The module investigates and analyses injuries to prevent recurrence.

1. Register injuries
   By using a simple registration screen via a web form, the registration of injuries becomes easily accessible.

2. Edit and analyse injuries
   Update registrations and gain extensive insights and details into Injury Frequency through powerful analysis and report possibilities. Follow the cause up to and including the measures and control/verification (effectiveness).

3. Evaluation of injury rates
   Have incident and injury statistics and individual evaluations in diagrammatic and tabular form. Calculate injury rates, such as days of absence per employee, number of injuries per employee group, Injury Frequencies, Annual Reports based on key values that comply with the legal obligation.
