The Automatic loss Justification module within MyPlantFloor Digital Factory recognizes unplanned OEE losses and automatically links them to the correct reason.

MyPlantFloor automatically registers all OEE losses. Planned and measurable losses, such as changeovers, breaks, planned maintenance, rejection due to metal detection and planned services, are immediately recognized and assigned the correct cause.

For unplanned losses, the operator is usually called in, who can add the cause and an explanation with a simple operation. Although this manual input contributes to awareness and improvement processes, in some cases it may be desirable to automatically provide a reason for unplanned losses as well. The automatic loss justification module makes this possible and optimizes the process even further.
