Operators can periodically enter all data that could influence the quality of the product via the online quality system on the operator screen. Examples include: weight checks, checking tightening torques of caps, checking for metal detection, checking temperature, etc. The intervals for checks can be set for each product/machine combination based on time, pieces or other triggers such as the start of a run, end of a run, change of raw materials, etc. All data is stored per production order and is easy to view.
When this module is enabled in the quality management system, the operator checks all materials and semi-finished products for accuracy before the production line is released. The software displays a bill of materials (BOM) overview, showing the location and status of each item. Production can only start once all materials are present correctly and in full. This automated process minimizes errors and increases accuracy, guaranteeing optimal quality within the production process.
Quality management system software allows you to regulate the receipt and management of raw materials. Upon receipt, these are assigned a unique number or barcode label per container/pallet and stored at a specific location. Glass breakage registration
Every instance of glass breakage in the food and beverage sector must be carefully recorded. MyPlantFloor has developed a glass breakage module for this purpose. For each incident, you can accurately record where and when it happened, how it was cleaned, the time, number, type number, breakage position on the bottle and how it was checked so that you also comply with legal regulations in this area.
Complaint registration
Every complaint, comment, improvement idea, etc. can be easily and clearly recorded in the reporting system. This complaint registration system is a cloud solution and is separate from MyPlantFloor. Thanks to this software, no complaint will ever remain invisible again. In addition, by choosing a subject, the complaint is immediately sent to the right department and customers can also follow up on complaints directly.
